Numbers, statistics, circuit history and rankings: all the new features of the FIP website for 2026

With the start of the new season, scheduled for Thursday, January 8 with the FIP Bronze in Melbourne (Australia), the official website of the International Padel Federation (FIP) is being enhanced with new features for statistics enthusiasts and for the media, who are following padel with growing interest.

TOURNAMENTS

In the “Tournaments” section, there is now an area dedicated to “Circuit Statistics,” with three linked pages that will be updated weekly.

Titles and Finals

On this page it is possible to view all finals played from 2006 to the present across the three professional circuits that have existed in the history of padel (Pro Padel Tour, World Padel Tour, and Premier Padel), as well as on the CUPRA FIP Tour. Users can select the year, circuit type, and gender, with the option to display tournaments in chronological order from the start of the season or from the most recently played event.

Overall Player Titles

Fernando Belasteguín, Juan Martín Díaz, Pablo Lima, as well as Ale Salazar, Ari Sánchez, and Gemma Triay, among others. The FIP website provides the updated ranking of the players with the most titles won and finals played across the three historical professional circuits and the FIP World Cup Pairs. By clicking on a player, it is possible to view the details of titles and finals throughout their career.

CUPRA FIP Tour Titles

Marco Cassetta among the men and Lucía García among the women. These are the current leaders of the CUPRA FIP Tour titles ranking, available on the FIP website with details of the different categories. In 2026, CUPRA FIP Tour tournaments will continue to be divided into Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

RANKINGS

In the Rankings section, the page “Ranking History” has been created, listing all the world No. 1 players in the history of padel: from 1986 to the present for men and from 1990 to the present for women. Since 2006, with the creation of the Pro Padel Tour, the No. 1 rankings have been determined according to the ranking of the main professional circuit (Pro Padel Tour and later World Padel Tour), and subsequently according to the rankings of the official FIP circuits. On each player’s profile, after the “Tournaments breakdown,” there is a list of titles won and finals played on the three main historical padel circuits, as well as the titles won on the CUPRA FIP Tour.
